How much money do I need to reserve a date?
Our current base fee for reservation is $200. This applies directly to the total payment amount of the rental. We do not require extra payments before your date but we do recommend it to make it easier for you.
Are we able to take our own catering and drinks to the venue?
Yes you can take in your own food and drinks for your party as long as its not sold. We also have a dedicated team that offers amazing options when it comes to decoration, catering, event coordination and much more. You can contact us for more information.
What is the needed process to rent the venue?
First, we can give you a tour of our venue and answer any question you might have. Second, we give you a copy of our contract to read and understand. Third, if you are ready to reserve a date, we check if its available for booking. Finally, you will need to pay a $200 dlls deposit to book the date and sign our contract agreement. All set! Is that easy! Now you get to start planning the event of your dreams.
Is there a stage for a DJ or music band to play?
Yes we got a stage ready for anything you need! Comes with all the electrical outlets to plug all instruments and speakers. We also offer audio equipment rental for a small fee in case you just need music and microphones for your event.
Can I change the date of an event that has already been reserved?
Do you guys offer decorations, catering, etc?
Yes, but we do have certain rules for that. The customer needs to notify us 20 days or more prior to the event date reserved. If its after those 20 days we charge a 15% reschedule fee off the total. We only offer reservation changes one single time, make sure you have a date set to avoid any extras fees.
Yes! we have an amazing team ready to help up with any of you needs to create the perfect event for you. The way this works is that once you have a date reserved at our venue (most important step) we schedule a meeting wit our team which takes around 45 minutes. They will make you fill out a questionnaire to learn about your event and build an estimate specifically to your needs. This estimate is free of charge and its ready 7-10 days after the meeting was hold.
Can I start decorating a day prior my event?
Yes, if you have an external decorator we do offer a day prior for decorating with a fee of $100 dlls for 5 hours. If you choose our team for decorating that fee is waived.
